This is the type of self development book that is perfect for people who already have a solid baseline and understanding of what they need to do to reach their goals. What this book does is teaches you and encourages you totake more ACTION.
Put the knowledge you already have into action.
Put the skills you already have into action.
And by consistently making these choices and taking these actions you will accomplish your goals and dreams.I want to be clear - I do not ignore the specific things that may be entirely out of our control and stand in the way of achieving our goals. This topic must be approached with nuance, and it is my hope that you can watch/listen to this episode and read this book with the perspective of focusing on the things youDO have control over.
