I’ve heard a lot of people in the Messianic and Hebrew roots movement saying they don’t want to be called Christians anymore. I understand that the term “Christian” has been abused and drug through the mud by people who claim to follow Messiah but don’t reflect it in their life. However, those hypocrites will be held accountable for bringing shame on His name. Our responsibility is to bring honor back to His name, and I’m not ashamed of being called a “Christian” because I am a follower of Christ, the Anointed one, Yeshua the Messiah.
