It's obvious to everyone that the San Diego family court system needs serious reform, but there's too much money in the system to incentive any change. You'll learn a lot from this episode, we go through his case and let you know what we would have done given his situation.

Yeah, hi. Hi, I'm John O'Brien. I'm, I'm 54 years old. And I currently am going through a divorce. And I have, I have two young young boys, they're eight and five. And this has been a long process over the last two and a half years. And, you know, this is my second divorce. And by far, this has been the hardest divorce. And you know, I'm not too familiar with. I've been born and raised here in San Diego. And this is like my really my first time through the court system. So you know, like, this is my hometown. This is this is where I'm from. So, you know, this is this is all I know, San Diego, you know, it's a beautiful place. And that's pretty much who I am and where I'm from. And, you know, my, my kids live, this is where they're from, they're they're born and raised here. And I'm just trying to, to give them the best life that's possible. And, you know, and unfortunately, that's not, doesn't seem to be happening. The system's a lot, a lot harder than I thought out
