Another question that can cause us a lot of pain is this one.   Mainly because we want them to be different, to do it right, to do it my way, the right way. 
I share the lessons that i've learned from Brooke Castillo and Byron Katie on how to deal with other people.
However you deal with this the goal is to feel good about them.  So whether it is through acceptinig them and their faults or by realizing they have no faults the goal is always the same, to feel good about them.
