Posture not only is the position of your body …

It’s also your energetic position 

I prefer to be in a position of power energetically 

I prefer to be in a posture of love and not arrogance..

Sometimes I can be in a posture full of impatience

Sometimes I can be in a posture of complete peace and KNOWING…

I want to constantly be curating a posture that serves where I desire to grow to and that pleases God

It’s really powerful to assess how I am viewing and seeing things happening in real life scenarios and how I am energetically positioning myself!!
