Today’s guest is Noel Paul. Noel is a Purdue graduate and current Executive Director of The Krannert Professional Development Center. He is an experienced business professional with a career that spanned over 28 years at Eli Lilly and Elanco Animal Health. Now, Noel is back at Krannert using his role with the KPDC to transform lives and impact companies through student, alumni, faculty, & staff, and employer engagement. In this episode, Noel talks about the F-I-G tool and how students can use it alongside the gold medal mindset to put their best foot forward during the job searching process. He also brings in his recruiting experience to give us insight on how students can stand out in interviews and land their dream job or internship!
