At the age of 14 Leticia entered into a relationship with a man twice her age looking for love and affirmation. Shortly after their wedding, things turned for the worse and in the midst of an altercation he  stabbed her! Robert & Sarah Fusté were heading on one last trip before a big move when an industrial tow truck slammed into the back of their family van on May 1, 2019. Robert was instantly paralyzed.
