Texas passed an abortion law that the state itself cannot enforce. Only individual citizens can enforce the law by suing anyone who gets or helps or intends to help someone get an abortion. Because of that strange language of the state avoiding direct responsibility for its law, the Supreme Court let the law stand. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson wanted to get her guests' opinions on A Woman's View.
