November in Australia is a busy time. For those lucky enough to be showcasing your students in performances it’s go time. Then of course there is planning your timetables and re enrolment strategy, squeezed in between Christmas shopping for the family and remembering school excursion permission slips.

But it is also the time to start thinking about your studio beyond the end of the year. It might be one year down the track, or several, but either way there is so much value in taking time out of the day-to-day operations and allowing yourself some time to breathe, and dream and reimagine.
