Sometimes comfort trumps change and comfort doesn't have to be comfortable, just common. Something about that situation has to benefit us even if it's detrimental to our claimed desire for improvement or success.
We can die with our most harmful traits or choices because change can be hard to come by without clear intentions. A lack of clarity can leave us stuck and unaware of why we're stuck.
Our why that motivates the change has to be powerful enough to lift the fear, to elevate love and release the familiar.
In this episode, I share how the benefits of my eating disorder kept me comfortable and in common surroundings ....until my why was powerful enough to make me cry so I could do the work and change my outcome. So what's your why that will make you cry?
