Today I talk to Brian White, a certified trainer and fitness professional. Brian was one of those fortunate people who knew since college that he wanted to be in the fitness industry. His ultimate dream was to become the strength and conditioning coach for the Cleveland Browns, he got a fortunate opportunity and began training professional athletes. Unfortunately, it wasn't what he thought it was going to be and he realized he needed to move in a different direction.
Brian and I talk through what it's like to have your heart set on a particular job only to find that you're unhappy. He re-evaluated his wants and needs, and while he's still in the same industry, he made the decision to start his own training business.
