What do you think of when you see a home that was previously pending, now "back on the market"?
It is a common misconception that automatically this means something totally horrible!
The house is falling apart, the sellers are terrible to work with or you should not even try to view that house, because why would it not make it to the closing table?

Today, I am talking about all of the big reasons why a home could be "under contract" and then "back on the market".

Buyer Financing
Appraisal Issues
Due Diligence / Changing your mind

Not every time a home hits the market for a second time should be a scare, normally it means you can scoop in and learn why and move forward with ease, being the second buyer!
