April Lee is a somatic practitioner, writer, and guide whose work
combines embodied wisdom and systems awareness. For over 20 years, she
was a practitioner and teacher of Craniosacral therapy, meditation, and
mindfulness-based healing systems. Today, she guides individuals and
groups in reconnecting with their inner knowing, and support
organizations in cultivating alignment, systems, and culture that
support our humanity.
Rooted in her Chinese-Japanese heritage and shaped by decades of
personal healing, her perspective draws from therapeutic traditions,
ancestral wisdom, ecological systems, and lived experience. She offers a
trauma-informed lens, honoring each person and community’s unique
rhythm and path. Through all of her endeavors, her intention is to
create spacious containers that invite deeper connection, authentic
expression, and presence in the midst of change.
