How do you deal with a situation when a loved one snaps at you?
It can be particularly hard if you’re a highly sensitive person to be on the receiving end of something like that. Those of us that are avoidants would probably just try to forget about it and numb out our feelings around it.
Healthy relationships are borne out of a combination self-healing work and communicating our needs/boundaries.
In this episode, I take you through an incident in my life where I am snapped at out of the blue by a family member that I dearly love and how I process it emotionally in a healthy way and follow it up with a healthy vulnerable conversation about it with them. Rupture and repair are part of every healthy relationship, it’s when we don’t communicate and resolve conflict that problems fester and lead to disconnection in relationships. These are exactly the kind of relationship skills I teach my coaching clients.

I’m also offering one FREE month of support group membership (limited spots) where we meet weekly over Zoom and I answer your questions and teach tools to heal your attachment style and master your life.
