What are you going to do when a spear is thrown at you:

1.    Stop, take a deep breath and think. Think about what your next action will be, think about those consequences about retaliating. Think before you hit send on that social media account.

2.    Pray, sometimes it can be as simple as “Humble me, Lord”.

3.    Spears will pierce your skin and may leave a scar, but remember that you have a choice whether that spear is going to pierce your heart.
