"In a bad place"

The focus is for the athlete. A young man between 25-35 that is a mix martial artist. Is extreme (purposeful) in his eating habits, dieting, exercise, training. Is poor. May not have a "good job". Is banking on a career as a fighter to get out of his situation. Relationships are all gym based. Probably smokes weed. Is feeling depressed and fears failing.

What would you say if he was listening?

What would you recommend for this guy?

What should he do short term?

How can he help himself?

What would you say to his friends?

Is there a resource for this group of people?

If you are thinking that ending your life will stop the pain, you are wrong.

If you think you won't be missed or the world is better off without you, you are wrong.

Everything we go through in this life is temporary— Especially tough times.
