Around 3 years old, your toddler/pre-schooler will be showing signs that they're ready to drop their nap or at least reduce its length significantly. Many parents dread this transition the most, not wanting to lose that 1.5-2 hour break midday. Allow me to introduce to you "Quiet Time". This time will replace their once needed nap time, giving them the rest and independence they need as well as for you.
