Many female entrepreneurs are guilty of trying to do too many things at once. We think that if we're multi passionate, and can do a million different things well, then we don't need to create healthy boundaries for ourselves. But this simply isn't true. In fact, doing too many things can actually lead to burnout. So how can you create healthy boundaries for yourself, while still embracing your multi passionate nature? 

Janice Wong has made it her mission to support women entrepreneurs to become more balanced and knowledgeable about what it takes to run a business and a family without the burnout. The bottom line is this: if we want to be successful as  entrepreneurs, we need to learn how to set boundaries. We need to learn how to say no, and we need to learn how to delegate tasks. And most importantly, we need to learn how to take care of ourselves.
