School has started. The holidays are approaching. Sports are in full gear. The summer furniture needs to be brought in. Oh, and don't even get me started on finding time to read the three titles I'm juggling. I get it. It's a BUSY season! Circumstances don't exactly lend themself to taking time to rest or practice silence and solitude. So what do I do if my schedule just doesn't let up?
