This monthly show takes place every second Monday of the month at same times as above. It is hosted by our New Jersey (USA) based DJ/Broadcaster, Genae Young MSODL, Owner/Practitioner: 1 Extraordinary Life LLC (NJ). Her guest of the show was Marsha Wesley Coleman, Organizational Development Practitioner and Executive Coach. Marsha is the Director of Learning and Development at Friends Services Alliance (FSA), and Adjunct Professor in the Organizational Development and Leadership Program at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Pennsylvania (USA). She facilitates the course: “When Cultures Meet”. They discussed some OD, corporate culture, and societal culture, how we work to find the benefits and similarities of culture, including how the African LEKGOTLA methodology can be useful in our OD work.
