Depression is a condition that affects many people around the world. In my experience, there are 3 types of depressive states: General Depression - Major Depression - Minor Depression. We will deal with one or more of these in our lifetime so it is important to have tools to utilize when it hits us. In this episode I give you some tools to help you cope with general and minor depression.
