Boundaries. I have a love and not-so-love relationship with boundaries. I know they are needed to be the best version of myself, yet they can also trigger feelings from my past rooted in fear of rejection and loss of love. 
In today's episode, we address the place empathy, and boundaries collide. I touch on how we keep ourselves in overwhelm and resentment by shying away from the discomfort of setting and enforcing boundaries. I also share scripts to make boundary setting and boundary follow-up more platable.
