In this first episode, I share a personal experience of moving through daily life while feeling disconnected from myself. During a time when I was balancing motherhood, teaching, and the responsibilities of everyday life, I found myself going through the motions without truly feeling present. From the outside, everything looked fine, but internally, something felt different.
