When we are facing health challenges or undergoing medical procedures, our out of body loved ones are with us and supporting us all the way through. Their love and intention to comfort us has not changed, and they very much want us to know that. If fact, with the growth that comes from the life review, they may be even more emotionally available than they were when they were in body. 

Today we talk about reciprocity. By acknowledging their support, we are supporting and relieving some of their concern for us, resulting in collaborative healing.
