What factors contributed to the Israelites fear?

For 40 days, every morning and evening, Goliath taunted and mocked God’s people. They were struck with fear and lived in complete defeat in this season. Write down/ journal how you feel in this season. What have you lost? What opportunities have been taken from you? Is the problem making you act like the Israelite soldiers did during those 40 days?

How can you focus on the solution over the problem? Like David, what things can you begin to focus on and put your faith in?

Make a specific detailed list of things you know that God is Sovereign over (Which is a fancy theology word that means completely in control).

What is one way you can let your faith conquer your fear?
