God made a declaration regarding light - and light appeared where there had been none.  He is still declaring it today over the hearts and minds of mankind.  When He declares it, they are able to see Jesus for who He is, though there was spiritual blindness moments before.  Where do you need the light of Jesus to shine today?  Ask God for a declaration.
