Sermon Series: David
Description: The word “no” is a ready word on the tongue of every parent, most of the time not to punish, but an act of love seeking to prevent harm. Many times when parents say “no” to a child’s requests, it is because they have something bigger or better in mind for their kids. We can spend our whole lives struggling, not in understanding, but in accepting the word “no.” For the same reasons God sometimes says “No” to His people.
Key Verse: 2 Samuel 7; Acts 2:38; 2:17; Romans 8:28; 1 Corinthians 12:12
