In this episode, I use the story of Mary and Martha to uncover a powerful truth: even good things—especially those done for God—can become futile when they’re not aligned with His heart. 

We talk about how Martha’s intentions were honorable—she was serving Jesus!—but her frustration revealed a misalignment in priorities. Meanwhile, Mary’s choice to sit at Jesus’ feet teaches us that being with God must come before doing for God. 

This episode challenges us to evaluate our own lives and reflect on how to keep our works partnered with the heart of God, so that what we do for Him is never done without Him.
