In this episode we examine the Gospel account of the rich young man who asks Jesus how to inherit eternal life. Though outwardly righteous, the man’s love of wealth is exposed as an idol, and Jesus’ challenging answer — sell your possessions and follow me — reveals that good works alone cannot secure life with God.
