Being an entrepreneur and running a business is very rewarding, I love it! I wouldn't be telling the truth if there were days or times when it got tough, and it wasn't fun. It was times like that when I was tested, and as a result, I became a better leader and ultimately more successful. I've seen a couple of recent cases when I felt the leadership made some terrible decisions and as a result, I believe will only hurt their business because of the decisions that made.
