While the winter holiday season brings joy to many, it’s also a source of grief and sorrow for countless others. As people who seek to live a life of hope, empathy, and loving others well, it’s natural to want to lend a helping hand to those who need that extra support and care during seasons like this one, whether in winter-time or any other holiday season throughout the year. However, this is something that’s gotta be done with intentionality and care.

In this episode, I’m sharing 3 practical ways to lend a hand to someone who’s experiencing difficulties during not only the winter holiday season, but any other holiday that might be tough for them. I’ll also share a posture, or perspective, that we can adopt as we carry out these actions so that our impact is more likely to match our intent.
