As we read from Psalm 34 we want to remind ourselves there is always a reason to bless the Lord! No matter what you are experiencing in life whether downcast or riding highly He is worthy of the praise. God is always good, so when hope is lost know that God gives restoration of hope. His ways are not our ways and so when we have feelings of fear or just distraught, we can come to him and he will give us the strength, joy, and peace we need to keep on in Him!
