Bret and Dave had the pleasure of talking with Aadam Soorma from Trace Brewing in Pittsburgh, PA. Aadam reached out after Bret had visited them back in March. The visit was by recommendation and glad it was. Trace is a quaint place to visit with a cool industrial feel. Besides great beer, they also do gourmet coffee. Aadam filled us in his journey to Trace and the whole story behind what Trace is all about. They also help teach the future generation of brewers with their Vocational Program. What a great idea! If you're interested in participating, it is limited so get in early.

If you're ever in the Pittsburgh area, specifically the Bloomfield neighborhood, I highly recommend a visit to them.

Aadam sent us a few beers to sample; fruited gose, cream ale and an awesome barrel-aged stout.
