What is balance even??! This is my mindset around food and spoiler alert: this will help you reframe how you look at cheat days/meals or any "bad" food really.

  • the tendency to overindex on health --> we are not robots
  • the tendency to overindex on happiness/emotions --> food feels like a comforting hug until it doesn't, and then it's just this uncomfortable suffocating squeeze
