When Is "Processed" Food Is The "Healthier" Option?

Just about every conversation involving health discussions these days seems to revolve around, or at least eventually touch on the topic of “processed” food.

  • I’m trying to cut out processed food.
  • I’m trying to eat less processed food.
  • I’m trying to eat more “real” food.
  • You should cut out … and on and on.

  • But, I would submit to you that not only is processed food not inherently “bad” but in many cases, it’s actually the HEALTHY option.


    In this episode, I share some thoughts on this particular topic.
