On this episode, I'll share my first hand experience of what I'm noticing on the field in the Chicago housing market.  If you're a homebuyer the main point of the rant was to teach you that 1) real estate is cyclical 2) For Sale By Owner (FSBO) can be a great option for discounted real estate 2) benefits of using a realtor vs. going straight to a seller. If you're a seller the main point is 1) don't overinflate your listings as you may have to sit on them for a longer period of time as we enter the fall.
