Lindsay Barnett is an executive coach and Human Resources consultant with over two decades of experience working with Fortune 500 companies and growing startups. In addition to holding leadership roles in the HR function, she also was a Professor of Organizational Culture at USC. Throughout her career, she has navigated the twists and turns of work and life, seeking greater flexibility and purpose while overcoming burnout along the way. Lindsay lives with her husband, two kids and a very big dog in the Los Angeles area.
