It is great until it isn’t - When Karma pays Off. We were at the largest medical technology show in the nation. There were numerous software vendor and device manufactures showing off their latest stuff. The one thing they did not have was internet based doctors office management products. Every vendor we talked with was interested in internet anything. I had a plan. For me it was the best of times until, until it wasn’t.
