In most communities, struggling leaders don’t really have a voice in the community. Nobody really wants to follow them, as a result, they feel alienated, and outcasted. It is the same thing for ministers People are not interested to know much about a struggling Leader, they say that if what you do were good, you would be successful, you would look like this guy over there whose church is trending, whose church might be about 500 members plus.
Throughout my years in the ministry, I come to find out that struggling pastors may have more to say than quote unquote successful ones. It takes a lot more to stand while battling adversities than otherwise. Moreover, I feel like they possess special abilities to stand in the tough situations, tough seasons, in hardship, and in distress.
