What can we do when life becomes too much? When you are overwhelmed, lost, confused and don’t know where to turn?
Here are some coping skills that have worked for me:
- Smile
- Shut phone off
- Splash cold water on my face
- Text Loved Ones
- Do Push-ups
- Deep breathe
- Go for a walk
- Go for a drive
- Journal
- Read
- Send Fam/Friend/IG nice message
- Listen to music
- Shower
- Play with my cat
- Check “happy album” photos
