Hello and welcome to series 2 of Inspiring Conversations with Kezia Luckett. 

In this episode I share with you the moment my life started to unravel. Often, we are plunged into darkness and wonder why us? It's impossible to connect the dots when we look forward but in hindsight, we can always connect them looking back.

At the time, I was recovering from symphysis pubis dysfunction and soon realised, after a life defining moment, I was also suffering from post natal depression.

When I came to this realisation, I understood so much more about my life and soon turned it into a pivotal experience and a powerful journey into the world of self discovery
