I — Invite raw beauty and raw moments into your life. Say yes to the messes. Say no to chasing perfection.

N — Never give up. Don’t you let the bad days win.

E — Encourage others where they are. Be authentic so others feel a little less alone.

Tangled or not, you still light up the room. You are still here, doing your best, showing up for the people who need you. You are refusing to give up. Keep shining your light — even if it’s a flicker right now.

Don’t let the knots and tangles of life dull your sparkle.
