For most of my life, there was always something demanding attention. A problem, a situation, a distraction, a responsibility, or a fire that needed to be put out.
Then life changed.
Not because I was running away from anything. Not because I thought a change in environment would solve my problems. It was simply time for the next chapter.
What I didn't expect was what happened when some of the noise got quieter.
In this episode, I talk about the things we postpone, the parts of ourselves we put on the shelf, and what happens when life finally gives us enough room to see what's been there all along.
No framework. No life hacks. No perfect ending.
Just an observation from the middle of the process.
