When you feel isolated, or racism is involved, thats when things get interesting. Imagine loosing your job and getting an excuse that it's not about you or your work ethic, but that there is a "lack of work"; when in reality they just want you gone due to you bringing up workplace bullying and harassment. Or training someone who ends up getting paid more than you with no experience, being denied a promotion because you are black.
