But In life we all have a plan for things we want to happen.
We have a plan for how we want things to go,
And life follows up by saying:
“NO” we are going to do something else.
And it smacked me in the face and knocked me over.
The reason I am sharing this today:
For me I was massively triggered
Yet calm enough to rise to action, and roll for what it is and think what can I do
To serve mt purpose?
Yes, I have thoughts of
“Why Me”
“This is not fair”
But you see when things happen to us often times
We get caught in this victim mentality, and everyone's view on life being very good
Or very bad can shape how we see things.
When things like this happen or go wrong I always consult my best friends or
My mentor or someone I trust.
My mentor said this is a really good opportunity of being tested, to see if I won't quit.
For me it is also an opportunity to share qualities of vulnerability, present, and founded
On the belief of this is not the last ride.
When we are talking about a fitness journey it is so easy to have momentum,
Like hours around work/kids line up with the gym time, and someone is helping you meal
Prep and your performing very well it's easy to perform.
When you have slept great, stress is down, you can do really well on a fitness journey.
For me 6 weeks ago, it was very easy to show up for these lives because I had my
Gym, training clients, running 3 business, clients were coming in, like I could train at the
Same time everyday it was easy to show up.
BUT…
Real champions are born in adversity, and I have done a really good job at preparing for these moments and evaluating what kind of person I am when life gets hard.
Like when life gets hard and a fitness journey isn’t going your
way what comes out??
A very important trait that can dictate your success.
Is it frustrating, do you blame others, do you take it out
On your significant other, like the person that comes out matters.
For me it is a calm point, or just calm enough to guide myself to directions.
This is for anyone wanting to start a fitness journey and the scale isn’t moving
This is life testing you,
How bad do you want it?
If you are starting a business and no new leads are coming in and you are posting
For 2 straight weeks,
This is life testing you.
What are you going to do with this adversity, and how can you navigate around this?
How are you going to respond to this challenge?
The answer is we should Rise the fuck up and become the
champion you were meant to be.
