Absolutely fantastic!
Some of the ideas shared in this book may seem simple, but as Christians I think we tend to look for some miraculous answer. But the real miracle has already been done over 2000 years ago. This book is just a reminder of that and is filled with stories that anyone can relate to. Not just the old sermon type of teachings the world at large gets bored of and avoids by not attending church regularly. Absolutely fantastic!
Very narrow audience
This book is written with the assumption that those reading it have a good amount of discretionary time and money. The references to time off and extravagant trips is a bit tricky to translate into a common person's life. The points are very simple: discipline your life, develop your relationships, get close to God. One could simply read the index of points and know the book. The rest is just illustrations and stories. The book does not apply well to pastors in general, but might be of some help to pastors of mega churches. The narrator was very slow and not very dynamic.
