By sharing my own experiences, I illustrate the right way to get your job. Often people are eager to get a job and without any preparation they start collecting information. However, this would not be the right way to do it. There is a process for it. They should come up with a strategy before starting to look for a job. Without a plan, nothing will work. A person needs to ask himself why he or she wants a job, and instead of fitting themselves into any company, find one that fulfils them.
