No doubt, one of the most excruciatingly painful places to be stuck in,  is the graveyard of the past, dwelling on a setback you may not have any control over, or heartbreak you didn’t see coming…

I've felt like it’s pretty impossible to get out from being stuck in the past unless you have something inspiring in your life to focus on, and pour all your energy into..

If there is no vision for the future, and nothing to look forward to...The temptation will inevitably be to dwell on the past. 

Having something you’re looking forward to, something that brings new meaning and purpose to your life, I have found to be the most powerful way to move forward from the graveyard of yesterday…
