In order to understand what it means to THRIVE successfully in womanhood, women must develop both a solid foundation and cultivate an impactful understanding of key components critical to achieving their better self. The purpose is to instill a vision of what can be and draw others forward in a positive way. The concept is important because it identifies the significance of the ways that women of color make time for themselves, celebrate themselves, and connect with each other.
