Since we started the journey in the Netherlands, we can definitely see the shifts in the dynamics of the people we surronded by. We feel lucky to meet such woke and carefull people who taught us so much about mental health. Being lucky enough that our mental health are fairly healthy, not to the point we have to look for help to continue our lives, we want to be supportive to our friends. It was hard sometime but we thought it was definitely worth it to stay there with them through their downs to see their glowing ups!
